Who This Applies To

Alliance App is intended for authorized Alliance drivers, brokers, staff, and related business users who need access to operational workflows.

Information We Use

Depending on your role and how you use the app, Alliance may process account details, authentication data, profile information, work assignments, maintenance records, request photos you choose to upload, uploaded documents, statements, invoices, and other operational records needed to run the service.

How We Use It

We use this information to authenticate users, provide dispatch and maintenance workflows, generate operational records, support troubleshooting, protect accounts, and maintain internal auditability.

Device Features

If enabled, the app may use passkeys for sign-in, store session data securely on the device, register a push notification token so Alliance can deliver operational alerts, and access the camera or photo library only when you choose to attach photos to maintenance requests.

Tracking And Ads

Alliance App is not designed for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. The mobile app currently does not include third-party analytics or ad SDKs.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers that host, secure, or support Alliance systems when needed to operate the app or meet legal, security, or contractual requirements.

Retention

Alliance retains operational and account information for as long as reasonably needed for business operations, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Alliance provisions accounts for authorized business users. To request account deactivation, access changes, data correction, or deletion review, contact Alliance support.
